SHIPPING POLICY
STOMPETITION SPORTS orders are subject to a flat rate shipping charge typically at $7.00. But, depending on how large the order is, location we are shipping to and the desired speed of service, it could cost more. On some collections we include the cost of shipping already in the pricing.
Most items on our online store are "PRE-ORDER" and will be customized as part of a Fan Gear Collection or a fundraising design. After the orders have been tabulated it can take an additional 3 to 4 weeks after you've ordered to receive your order. We will ship your order as quickly as we can.
Stompetition, like so many businesses, are finding that delays are occurring with the shipping carriers such as UPS, USPO and Fed Ex. Keep in mind that shipping speeds may vary based on location, service selected and post office holidays and post office closures.
When your item has been prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or text with a tracking number. We can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

Since we custom make most of our merchandise to order, returns are generally not accepted and we are only able to accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes that we have made. In those cases a corrected replacement will be sent to you after you speak with staff at Stompetition. You must notify us either by email at stompetition@gmail.com or call us at 815-262-8289 within 7 days of merchandise received from us.
