SHIPPING POLICY & EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
STOMPETITION SPORTS orders are subject to a flat rate shipping charge typically at $6.50. But, depending on how large the order is, location we are shipping to and the desired speed of service, it could cost more.
Most items on our online store are "PRE-ORDER" and will be customized as part of a groups design after the orders have been tabulated. It can be a couple of weeks after you've ordered to receive your order. We will personally deliver your local order in our Northern IL boundaries or we will ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping speeds may vary based on location, service selected and post office holidays and post office closures.
When your item has been prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or text with a tracking number. We can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGES & RETURN
Stompetition Sports online store exchanges are welcome within 7 days of your receipt of your item. This is providing the customer pays shipping for the item to be returned, as well as the item you are exchanging it for. If you have an exchange, please contact us prior to shipping to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since we custom make most of our merchandise to order, returns are generally not accepted and we are only able to accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes we have made. In those cases a corrected replacement is sent to you. You must notify us at email@example.com or call 815-262-8289 within 7 days of merchandise receipt from us. In the rare case that a return is accepted (non-customized merchandise only) there will be a 25% processing/re-stocking fee charged for doing so.
